Finnish Firebird-amino

These pics are from Edvin.  In the 1980s and 1990s, Finns got around high taxes on their V8 American cars by converting them into commercial pick-up trucks.  They lengthened them with fiberglass, raised the roofline and suspension, and created a bed behind the B-pillars.

Beautiful! If the Pontiac manufacturers have tried to make their own styles in the pony car market, this Firebird could surely hold it against its more experienced competition! The transformation could make an impact alone, even without the bird print on the hood. I love the idea of having a bed. I think it’s much better than a backseat. :D
