Obama-Medvedev hot mic exchange

This happened in Korea yesterday.  They were talking about nuclear arms reduction and the European missile shield.  It's a brief and interesting glimpse at political realities (and Medvedev's proficiency in English).  Obama's opponents are interpreting this as proof that after November 2012, Obama is going to sell us out to the Russians.

Heh, appearing to make promises without committing to anything is Diplomacy 101. Well played, BHO.

Let us be honest and rational here: to hear a snippet out of a conversation is like tearing out a single page from a book and guessing what the rest of the story is.

I am pretty sick and tired of infantile American conspiracy theorists thinking that Obama will overnight turn into some sort of demon and unleash all sorts of evil "once he is re-elected".

Really? The last four years and his entire life has just been one dress-rehearsal? For the ressurection of pure evil after November?

Sometimes it is hard not to think of some Americans as children.
